Tunnel formwork and large-panel systems work by crane. As the manufacturer of the formwork, we know the crane side of the equation too — and we know the two must be planned together.
Crane selection on a site comes down to three questions: where will you lift the heaviest load, how high will you go, and where will you erect the crane? These must be answered together with formwork selection — otherwise the formwork arrives on site and cannot be handled.
The tower crane is the most critical piece of equipment on site. Erection, climbing and dismantling must be carried out only by authorised, trained crews in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Periodic inspections and load tests must not be neglected.
Capacity and height values are determined per project.

If the weight and size of a formwork panel exceed the crane's capacity at that radius, the formwork cannot be used on site. Formwork dimensioning and crane capacity must therefore be decided at the same table.
For structural components, yes. We manufacture from the dimensions of the existing part and its shop drawings where available.
