Pier, pier-cap and deck formwork; hanging systems and cantilever working platforms.
Bridge and viaduct formwork operates at height and often in hard-to-reach positions. The working platform and the hanging system must therefore be engineered products just as much as the formwork itself.
Every formwork set is delivered with working platforms, double guardrails, toe boards and harness anchor points. Access is provided by an integrated ladder or a caged ladder.
Anchorage calculations for hanging and cantilever components account for the total supported load and wind load. Assembly and dismantling sequences are delivered in writing together with the shop drawings.
Bridge formwork is almost never standard. Pier section, cap geometry and deck cross-section vary from project to project. We therefore treat each job on its own drawings and, where necessary, carry out trial assembly at our facility.

For bridge formwork with complex geometry, yes. Trial assembly at our facility before shipment prevents surprises on site.
Rental requests are evaluated project by project. Share the intended duration and geometry and we can determine a suitable model together.
