Environmental Policy
In the steel formwork industry the greatest environmental contribution is making the product last. Doubling a mould's usable life halves the steel that must be produced.
Our approach
We do not see environmental responsibility as limited to waste management inside the facility. Most of a mould's environmental impact is determined over its service life. That is why durability, repairability and reusability are primary criteria at the design stage.
What we do in practice
Long-Life Design
Material and detail selection aimed at a high reuse count.
Scrap Management
Steel scrap is segregated and sent to licensed recycling facilities.
Waste Reduction
Cutting is planned with software support to minimise plate offcuts.
Chemical Control
Paint and solvent waste is disposed of in line with hazardous waste regulations.
Energy Efficiency
Efficiency measures are applied to facility lighting and equipment use.
Repair First
For damaged moulds, repair and refurbishment are considered before replacement.
Regulatory compliance
We conduct our operations in accordance with applicable environmental legislation and file our waste declarations regularly. We expect the same standard from our suppliers.
