Our commitment
At Acer İskele Kalıp we regard it as our fundamental responsibility that every mould we produce can be used safely, for the expected number of cycles, on our customer's site. To meet that responsibility we keep our production processes defined, measurable and traceable.
Principles we apply
- Every product is verified by engineering calculation before manufacturing begins
- Only welders holding qualification certificates are assigned to load-bearing connections
- Weld sequence and heat input are planned in advance to prevent distortion
- Post-weld dimensional inspection is carried out and the results recorded
- Trial assembly is performed before shipment on geometrically complex work
- Materials are accepted with their origin and quality certificates
- Shop drawings, assembly instructions and a user guide accompany every delivery
Continuous improvement
Every piece of feedback from the field is recorded and evaluated in design revisions. When a recurring problem is identified in a mould, the fix is applied not only to that job but to all similar production that follows.
We develop our people's technical competence through regular training and follow current practice in welding, assembly and occupational safety.
