Curved steel formwork segments for water tanks, silos, treatment basins and circular structures.
In circular structures the curvature of the formwork defines the geometry of the concrete exactly. Our segmented steel system is manufactured rigid enough to hold the required radius without distortion on site.
If many pours will be made at a single radius, fixed-curvature segments are the most economical solution. For systems used at different diameters, an adjustable connection detail lets the same segment work across a defined radius range.
On tall tanks the formwork operates in a climbing arrangement, rising level by level. Each level includes a working platform and safety guardrail.

With the adjustable type, within a defined radius range, yes. The wider the range, the more segments and cost are involved; telling us the diameters you plan to use lets us find the most efficient solution.
The release agent in contact with the concrete face must be approved for potable water. It is also critical that joint and tie details do not compromise watertightness; we plan these details together at the design stage.
