Grandstand Moulds

Grandstand elements are both load-bearing and visible surfaces. Deviation in step geometry affects spectator safety; a surface defect affects the appearance of the whole structure. Our grandstand moulds are made to satisfy both requirements.

Manufacturing approach

Grandstand moulds are generally used for serial production in precast plants. Fast opening and closing, damage-free demoulding and long-term dimensional stability are therefore essential.

Step height and depth are set by the project's sightline (C-value) calculation. We manufacture the mould to match that geometry exactly and verify it with dimensional inspection after welding.
